The best is when you have it delivered to the beach or when you are among friends and trying new things.
Always try something new and different that you have never had before. It won't taste bad, but it will taste different than your USUAL.
This is a good thing. Branch out and be diverse - enjoy the gift of food!
Dining in isn't the greatest, so the safest bet is to order out and make it worth your while, and the people at city lights will fire up your Chinese Food taste buddies!
